1 How do I register in the online shop?
  • You have to provide us with a company (or sole proprietorship) registration document. The company registration document is a written statement from the Government in your country which confirms, that the company (or sole proprietorship) legally exists. We require a company registration document so we can confirm the company's existence and to document the ownership for future reference should the status of the company change. You can upload company registration document directly by the registration.
  • Once we received your company registration document, you will get your access data to enter the online shop automatically be e-mail.



2 Why should I register?

By registering on the website, you can conveniently order our products online, download high-quality goods photographs and trace the route of ordered goods.

3 Should I pay for registration?

No. Registration on the website is absolutely free.

4 How can I change my password?

To change your password, go to "My Account" — "Personal details" at the bottom of the page, you can change it.

5 How can I learn about new proposals?

By subscribing to our newsletter, you will regularly receive notices about new arrivals of goods, promotions and discounts.

6 How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of the letter.
